2025 Registration Evening:
This year’s registration evening will take place on Friday 28th March in the Clubhouse 5.00pm to 8.00pm. As usual, the bar will be open so we can turn it into a social evening. Please try and attend at some point during the evening as there is lots of information to hand over.

Renewal letters
Theres a membership renewal letter for everyone so that you can confirm your details and class of membership. On receipt of signed letters the new handbooks will be handed out.

Leagues you would like to play in
A form is available for you to indicate which leagues you would like to play in. This is a great assistance to the team captains as it helps, where possible, to select players for their preferred leagues.

Player unavailability
As last year, we have a player unavailability chart which will be on the noticeboard. The captains will be selecting teams on the 7th April for matches during the weeks commencing 21st April 28th April and 5th May. Please ensure that you complete the chart if you are unavailable for any matches during that period. If you are unable to attend the registration evening please
contact the captains directly if you are unavailable for any matches.

Stowmarket and UWL competitions
An entry form will be on the noticeboard for the Stowmarket and UWL competitions. These competitions are open to anyone and can be a great learning experience.
If you wish to play in the competitions, please ensure that you complete the form by Monday 21st April which will allow me time to process the entries and submit to the relevant leagues.

Club Competitions
Entry forms for club competitions will be available from Kevin at the registration evening. These competitions are open to all club members and can be a very good introduction to competitive play.

Green opens and Rose Bowl
Finally, weather permitting, the green will open on Sunday 20th April for the Rose Bowl starting at 1.00pm.
All are welcome to come and join in.
